CORONA VIRUS UPDATE ON VISITORS
We are so pleased to announce that from Monday 29th June 2020 we are reintroducing social visits for our residents. We are following strict guidance to do so, and this limits the visits at the moment to taking place in the garden (or alternative location in adverse weather.)
Visits must be booked by prior arrangement through our activities coordinators or the main office staff, who at the point of booking will run through a checklist with you, and secure your booking. Visits are limited to 2 visitors per time, and a maximum of 30 minutes.
Visits are allocated on a 1st come 1st served basis, and will be fairly distributed. This may mean at present we can only allow 1 visit per week-10 days.
We will be requesting that a 2 metre social distancing rule is observed at all times, and hand sanitising takes place at allocated entrance and exit points. Visitor guidance will be issued to you upon booking, or request.
For any residents who are bed bound please note we will be looking into different risk assessments to facilitate visits.
We hope to ensure this runs smoothly, however please be patient as there may be some initial kinks to iron out!
The safety of our residents is paramount, however so is their wellbeing, and we hope that this news brings lots of loved ones some relief after not being able to visit for so long.
All booking enquiries should be directed via the main office to 01772 886785.
